Defender Chronicles 1.4 OUT NOW!

Defender chronicles [App Store] is easily my favorite game on the iPhone. Google Analytics tells me that it’s yours too! And for good reason. A lot of iPhone games are released and then forgotten about so the developers can move on to other projects and have an ongoing income. The trouble is that a lot of these projects get stagnant and forgotten about, oftentimes marred with bugs that will never get fixed.

The folks over at Menara Games have a different way of thinking. Constant updates, care and attention to detail mean that Defender Chronicles remains fresh with every update. New maps, items, tweaks, characters, boss mobs, etc can be found in their latest release of version 1.4!

The new map is AMAZING. Not only is it very large with multiple entrances and exits, but lurking unseen is a cave system that allows monsters to travel from the bottom to the very top (and heal as they go).

I had a quick go of Siria this morning and all I can say is that it is INTENSE! So so so many monsters come your way including a few new siege-like vehicles and an all new boss that casts armageddon should he get stopped by one of your infantry units. Totally crazy.
